Turf Time operating guide

A complete reference for turf owners and players: business onboarding, turf and slot setup, rate configuration, day-to-day operation, and the booking journey end to end.

1. Getting started (Owner)

Every turf business gets its own isolated workspace. One owner can never see another business's bookings, customers or money.

  1. 1Register the business

Open 'List your turf' from the top menu and submit the business name, owner name, mobile, email and address. The platform admin reviews and approves the application.

  2. 2Receive your login

After approval the admin creates your owner login and shares the email and temporary password. Sign in from the 'Sign in' button.

  3. 3Secure the account

Go to 'My profile' and change the temporary password immediately. Password changes are recorded in the activity log.

  4. 4Complete the business profile

In Owner room → Business info, fill in tagline, phone, email, website, address, city and support hours. This information appears on the public contact page and on booking emails.

2. Turf & branch setup

A business can run several branches. Each branch is a turf record with its own address, logo, rates and schedule.

  1. 1Add the turf details

Owner room → Turf setup. Enter location, city, phone and a short description. The turf name itself is controlled by the platform admin — request a change through support if needed.

  2. 2Upload the turf logo

Use the logo uploader in Turf setup. Square images (at least 512×512, JPG or PNG) look best. The logo appears on the booking card, receipts and emails.

  3. 3Set opening hour and slot count

Choose the opening hour and how many 90-minute blocks run per day. The system generates the grid automatically, for example 06:00, 07:30, 09:00 and so on.

  4. 4Override slot times manually

If your schedule is irregular, enter the exact start times instead. Manual times always take priority over the generated grid.

  5. 5Capacity per slot

Set how many parallel bookings a single block can accept (for example two five-a-side pitches). Remaining availability is shown to players while picking.

  6. 6Activate or deactivate

Inactive turfs and inactive businesses disappear from the public booking page instantly, without deleting any history.

3. Slot rates & booking policy

Pricing is configured per turf and applied automatically at booking time.

  1. 1Base (off-peak) rate

Owner room → Slot pricing. The base rate applies to every 90-minute block outside peak hours.

  2. 2Peak rate and window

Set the peak price plus the peak start and end hour (for example 18:00 to 23:00). Slots inside that window are charged at the peak rate and labelled on the booking grid.

  3. 3Minimum advance

Define the minimum advance a player must pay to hold a slot (platform default 500 BDT). Guests must pay this amount via bKash before the slot is confirmed.

  4. 4Refund policy

Choose the refund rule shown to players on the turf card and in the booking dialog, so expectations are clear before payment.

4. Daily operation (Owner)

Everything the front desk needs sits on one screen in the Owner room.

  1. 1Today's schedule

Open the Owner room to see every block for today with customer name, contact, paid amount and dues at a glance.

  2. 2Take an offline booking

Select the slot on the booking grid and enter the customer's name, mobile and email, then record the amount received. The customer is saved to the directory automatically.

  3. 3Record payments

Add further collections against a booking until it is settled. A booking shows 'FULL PAID' once the paid amount reaches the slot price.

  4. 4Block a slot

Use the block action for maintenance, tournaments or private events. Blocked slots stop appearing to players and trigger a notification email if enabled.

  5. 5Customer directory

Every booking builds your customer list with contact details and booking history — useful for follow-ups and repeat bookings.

  6. 6Reports

Reports covers bookings, collections, commission and the ledger for any date range, ready to print or save as PDF.

  7. 7Notifications

In Owner room → notification settings, choose the address that receives alerts for new bookings, cancellations and blocked slots.

5. How players book a slot

Booking works on any phone in under a minute, with or without an account.

  1. 1Choose turf and date

On the home page pick the turf branch, then a day on the week strip. Past slots are greyed out and cannot be selected.

  2. 2Pick a 90-minute block

Open blocks are highlighted and show the applicable rate; booked or blocked blocks are disabled.

  3. 3Enter contact details

Provide name, mobile and email. Guests do not need an account; signed-in players get their history in 'My panel'.

  4. 4Pay the advance with bKash

Pay at least the minimum advance to confirm. The slot is held only once the payment succeeds.

  5. 5Confirmation & follow-up

A confirmation email is sent to the player and an alert to the turf owner. Players can review upcoming and past bookings under 'My bookings'.

7. Support & troubleshooting

Help is always one tap away.

  1. 1In-app chat

Use the floating support button on any page to message the Turf Time team directly. Replies appear in the same thread.

  2. 2WhatsApp

Urgent issues during match hours: WhatsApp +880 1717-455580.

  3. 3Slot not visible?

Check that the turf and the business are both active, the slot is not blocked, and the block is not already in the past.

  4. 4Wrong price shown?

Review the peak window and base rate in Slot pricing — a block starting inside the peak window always uses the peak rate.
